Help! LES MIS IS IN TROUBLE!

A few days ago I was feeding her and noticed something very unusual, a white splotch on her back. At first I thought it was a pigmentation coloring I had overlooked (unlikely, but I believe it) several days passed and the splotch got bigger and bigger and she started behaving differently. I know what ich looks like and successfully ruled out it being that so instead of treating her with a little bit of everything for everything (I know treating a fish when you don't know whats wrong with them is bad) I started doing about 30% water changes and added aquarium salt for a health boost. Things have gotten worse. What time she isn't lethargic she's swimming into things including the glass and the spot keeps getting bigger. I'm at a loss, please help!

PS she's eating fine, which I find odd because this is her only normal behavior.

Is the spot slightly fuzzy-looking? If you fill out the sticky here:

My immediate -guess- is typical columnaris. It often starts as a white, fuzzy looking patch on the back.. but pics and that sticky list will really help in making sure.

Symptoms and Treatment
