What are your opinions on...

Leaf hammocks?

I've been considering buying one, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

By Zoomed? I have it. You have to take out the Metal Line in the Leaf. A Member's Betta died because of that Metal Thing in the middle of the Leaf. My Betta sometimes uses it but, he doesn't really need it. He could stay on the Top by his own.
The Betta Log is better. Even if I don't have it. Alot of Members have the Log.

I found them good, if you don't mind replacing them pretty often/taking the wire out.

What I found much better was a stack of floating wisteria. Plus it helps the water quality. Not good if your tank is quite dark and unaerated/unfiltered, as it doesn't thrive. But wow, my bettas love it and it never falls off the side of the tank. =P

I've heard of the log. I don't know if I'd want a big floating log in my tank though...

I figured with the hammock, he'd be able to sit up there and it won't take up so much space at the top.

Roughly how much is the wisteria? I'm not very good with plants. I feel like every plant I touch just dies...D:

About half the price of the leaf hammock, lol.

Thing with wisteria is, it really does need a decent bit of light. Daylight, or a LED lamp, something it can use to grow. Otherwise it degrades pretty quickly in my tanks.

Java fern also floats and is tougher - it isn't as pretty but I kind of wove it into a floating 'mat' which they liked as well. That was fairly cheap, also.

Sky sits on his, even though he has an Amazon sword, wisteria, vals, and a dwarf lily that he could sit on. XD
