Velvet??

I'm very paranoid that both my fish have velvet.. Blue is fine, he is active and everything a normal betta is described as however he has some gold on him, im unsure if this is his normal colour or not. Red is inactive and has made no improvements over the past week, he has clamped fins and keeps having spasms and darting across the tank. can someone help me diagnose then? (photos)

water is at right temperature (26 degrees) and a conditioner is used.
ive had them for 3 weeks and im very new to this.. any help would do..

that looks to be their natural color. Velvet is literally a dust on the fish that's yellow. You can see the little individual dust specs if you look close enough. Your red one seems to have a case of fungus on his fins. I would gt that cleared up asap.

How do you suggest I fix it? Is there medicine or a remedy for it?

for my fungal infections like that I did a bit of extra aq salt (dosed to fix fins), stress coat (dosed to fix fins), and Indian Almond leaves. I've heard jungle makes a great fungus cure that you add per gallon and its a lot easier. Any pet store should have it. But along with medicating comes 100% water changes nearly every other day and you'll need a heater if you don't have one already
