Betta not eating?

I have a 10 gal betta sorority tank(5 bettas, 3 dalmatian mollies), but one of my girls wont eat. she likes to stick to the bottom of the tank near the plants and things all the time and wont come up during feeding time. I'm worried that she isnt getting any food because the rest of my fish eat like crazy. Shes really quite small too and needs the food, im just wondering whether or not i should take her out so she doesnt have to compete with the others for food.

You should take her out.

If she is sticking to the bottom, it's basically a way of her playing the 'I'm not here' act and is being bullied by the others. Smaller fish tend to be picked on a lot :3
