Pictures aren't showing up....try uploading them to something like image shack or Flickr :3

Firstly, I should say a thermometer is key, here. With a tank that small, water changes should be done either daily, or every other day to prevent ammonia build up, which can either kill your betta or weaken it (which then it gets ill).

With fuzzy patches you need to treat him with AQ salt, 1/2 tsp in your case with water changes daily. Make sure the salt is dissolved BEFORE putting it in the tank. AQ salt and warm water. And make sure that the tank is a constant 76-80 degrees.

Oh that's great to hear that it's treatable with aq salt~!
There's the reuploaded picture, and it's shown about halfway between the head and the tail, there's 2 fuzzy spots

Also, should i do 100% water change? or should i keep it at 25%

I'd say 50% for now, only renewing the salt every other water change :3
