Aquarium Salt

Would it be a good habit to use aquarium salt whenever changing water? And will it help with fin growth? My Betta has some fin curling issues.

Fin curling is either genetic, how it grows after an injury, or from hard water during growth. Most people don't use aquarium salt for more than 10 days because it can dehydrate your fish and cause liver failure (dropsy).

No, don't add salt out of habit. It'll reduce the effectiveness when you need to use it to treat something. The fin curling may be a reaction to the hardness of your water.
