Question Question!!!

I really want to get another betta, i have a densely planted five gallon with a filter. what do you think about dividing it, so each fish would have 2.5 gallons? im willing to do the water changes!

I am OK with that. 2.5 gallons is perfect for bettas... Just make sure they cant knock down the divider. Sometimes its cheaper to get a whole different tank.

Dividing a 5 gallons is perfectly fine, many people here do it. Make sure the filter is properly baffled though so the fish with the filter on its side isn't pushed around by it. :)

I'd say that was fine...but I can also say that I only have one betta in each of my 5 gallons and they seem to LOVE the space and are always using it :D So I personally like only one in that small of a tank, but you can do it :)
