Romeo might be blind

I think romeo might be blind. He runs into the side of the tank and missed the pellets when he attacked them to eat. If he is blind, whats his quality of life?

He could still live. It will just be harder for him. I think you're supposed to put garlic juice in to enhance the smell. Or use water-safe tweezers.

I don't know about fish, but land animals recover and compensate for blindness fairly easily, sometimes to the point that if you don't know they're blind, strangers don't even realize. They will sometimes have certain things that they Do and Do Not do afterwards, but for the most part they eat and live and do their thing with no problem. I'd assume that his other senses would take over and he'd figure out how to live by using those senses in place of his sight. :)

I think Lebron is right though in the interim, that the tweezers and the garlic might really help him. :)

Good luck to you, I know you've had a rollercoaster ride, but hopefully you're in the homestretch now. :)
