Which one is really better and why?

I know I know, here I go again getting obsessed with one topic....but I really want to know:

Which pellet food is really better and why exactly? Omega One betta buffet pellets or NLS betta formula?

I want to get to the bottom of this.

Both are really Good Pellet Foods. I don't know myself but, I like New Life better. I already bought it on EBay. But, you can't go wrong with any of them. Which ever suits more for you is OK. Both are one of the Best Brands so which ever you like more, go for it! :)

Why is NLS cheaper oz for oz? Is it just what the company decides? Does it mean anything?

I don't know why it's a bit Cheap. But, the Ingredients seem nice and no one seems to disagree if it's Bad or not. I don't think being Cheap a little has anything to do with it's Quality. I bought it on EBay since I couldn't find Omega One. I couldn't compare the 2. :(

So are they, in fact equal, and preference is just a matter of availability to an area and pure bias?

They are equally High-Quality, I got NLS because of Availability and Quality. I had to choose between the 2 and chose NLS because I needed to buy High-Quality right away, and since Omega One was no where to be found so I couldn't compare. Both are really Good Foods and you could buy which ever One you want. Don't worry about it. Some People have NLS and some have Omega One. As long as it's High-Quality and No Bad Comments, they buy it.

@3l1zabeth: Is that what you feed/prefer?

@lebron: yeah. I personally like that omega one comes in a smaller jar so i don't have to waste as many pellets when i replace them....

Well if you can afford it buy both and feed one brand for breakfast and one for dinner, thats the way I do it using NLS and the Bio-Gold pellets. I had to order the NLS on line cause my the pet shop nearest me doesnt have it but they have Bio-Gold.
