Between the heat and drought conditions, I've pretty much given up on my garden.

There is a.US map I recently saw showing abnormal highs in almost every state!! Triple digits..we had it here for a while..then it cooled down..after some rain..but going back to 90's again..and piling on the humidity too

We had scattered storms (NOT predicted by weather guys ) this morning, so cooler today. It was supposed to remain in the triple digits for the next week. Bought my dogs a wading pool and a fan yesterday. Trick is to freeze gallon milk cartons of water and put them all inside their houses plus run the fan. Acts like air conditioning. Both my boys were very happy to try it out!
