Got another boy

Well, i went to the chicago snake house today, and there was fish there to so i had to look, and i found three male betta's. two severley injured one, and one red VT male that has some ripped fins. i felt horrible for them, and i took home the most injured and ugly one the guy picked the red VT for me, but i said i wanted the injured one, he thought i was crazy. he said he is glad to see the betta going to a nice home because i don't think it was normal for him to see a young girl choosing a 'ugly', and beat up betta over a long VT red male well anyways here's ... he doesn't have a name yet (pics are bad because the lighting, and i didn't want to disturb him to much):

aww he is badly injured! Kudos to you for saving him! I bet once he heals, he might even be prettier than that red VT :)

thanks you guys, i still have no name for him. he is eating pretty well :) the guy said that the red VT was the one he got beat up from, because the betta's are in all one tank with dividers, and he jumped over the divider i suppose. i'll try to get pics later

He is so lucky to have someone to nurse him back to health

they have amazing snakes, just they don't have good conditions for a betta. they have amazing saltwater fish there too
