Bloated betta

My half moon plakat has been bloated for well over a week. He's currently in a 0.5 gallon hospital tank.

He's actually really active he's just bloated.

Should I try some epsom salt? And if so how much do I put in a 0.5 gal and for how long?

If it is 3 teaspoons per gallon, half that. Pre dissolve before adding and you need to do a 100% water change every day during treatment. Do for 10-14 days, or a few days after he improves to avoid relapse.

Make sure it is SBD rather than parasites....

How often do you clean your tank now? And what, and how much, do you feed?
