Angry Clouded over eyes?

This is the SECOND pure white female that I have gotten (one USA Breeder & one Thailand breeder) that has arrived with clouded over eyes. So badly that she cannot see food unless its right in front of her. Ive treated her several times with jungle fungus meds and now Im not day 4 of 5 on maracyn2. Still no improvement! Any one have any experience with this and know what to do to clear it up? I would love to spawn my whites but cant seem to get this cleared up so I can condition her. I do a 50% water change every other day and dont know what else to do.

My white OHM had that too, unfortunately there dosent seem to be anything you can do about it, as it is a effect of the gene that causes them to be the pure white color that they are, they were born that way, so all the treatments wouldnt do anything to fix it. it is similar to the scaling over of the eyes of dragonscale bettas

I have pictures from both breeders where their eyes are not clouded over. :(

If it helps the clouding does look like the color of her body.
