I'm driving myself crazy thinking about this...

Okay, as some of you know, I really like solid red veiltails. But not just any one, I like them to be a solid vivid red, with no iridescence(I call them shinys) no anything.

JUST A SOLID, PURE RED AND NOTHING ELSE COVERING THE ENTIRE BODY AND FINS!

Now, are these hard to find? My favorite place to get fish is a little LFS. The guy that owns the place told me he gets his bettas from Thailand. You think when the time comes, I will have trouble finding one there? Are they hard to find in general?

I see a lot of red VT's but most have some type of shinyness to them.

what do you mean "when the time comes"? I say if you find what you want, BUY IT and keep it in a temporary container until you can get it a final home.

Unless you mean "when my Mom lets me get one"

I mean when my current betta dies, which hopefully won't be for several years
