Type of betta

Ha guys a got a baby betta at petco ( I know but it was the only place my parents were willing to take me cause they were having a sale. anyways I got a baby betta and I'm pretty sure he/she is about 7 weeks old thats just my guess and about an inch long does anybody know what tail type it is or if its a female or male? I really want to know! I'm pretty sure its a female but it was just a guess. Also if your wondering the picture is my profile picture. Also it's big enough to eat crushed up fish flakes.

If its that young, we don't know. Might be a growing Delta. It's so cute!

IF I had to venture a guess, I would say either a Plakat or a Delta. If I had to pick from those two I would go with a Delta.

So can anyone tell if its a male or female I looked up a picture of a delta tail betta fry and thats probably what he or she is. But still more opinions would be great. when he gets bigger I'll get a new picture of him for my avatar. Also if anyone could tell me how to put a bigger picture in the comment that would be great!

I'm not sure if you can see by the picture but it looks like he/she has 2 white horizontal lines. 1 going through his/her middle and the 2nd close to the bottom. Is this stress?
