Dropsy/fin rot/ mouth fungus?

I have a female with what I think is dropsy. She also has fin rot and what looks like fungus on/ in her mouth. Do all these require the same meds or can I use multiple if needed? Shes bloated with the grey belly, slightly pineconed, her eyes look fine. She's acting normal, eating fine which is surprising. I've heard of anti bacterial pellets, would those do anything? My mom had some mentronidazole for fish that I added but it doesn't seem to be disintegrating very well, just kinda sits at the bottom.

If she has dropsy there is no cure for it... Her organs are failing.

However, you can try Maracyn and Maracyn 2 combo for the COLUMNARIS (mouth fungus) and fin rot.
