what is a good sponge filter?

What is a good sponge filter to use in a 10 gal. breeding tank and where can I get one?

The attachment for the airline is at the base of the clear plastic tube, you can't see it in the picture.

Marimo Moss Balls can also act as a pretty efficient secondary Sponge "filter" :)
