Betta Pellets

Was wondering whats everyone's opinions on omega one betta pellets vs hikari betta bio gold?

I prefer New Life Spectrum better. It doesn't have wheat gluten like Hikari and Omega One. But, if I had to choose, I would pick Omega One. Hikari changed their ingredients and now it's bad. But remember the wheat gluten!

im feeding HBH betta bites right now but was thinking of ordering some different food online to mix it up

Hikarin Betta Bio Gold gets my vote. My betta's love them and it has enhanced their color beautifully.

I gotta admit, I've been feeding all four of my bettas HBH Betta Bites and they seem to love them. But, I wanted to offer some variety so a couple of weeks ago I ordered some Omega One pellets and mixed them with the pellets I've been feeding.

I was reading this post and didn't think anything of it. Then I went to turn off the light on one tank and saw something odd on my fish so I looked closer. What I was seeing is the light catching on his scales. He has always had some iridescence to him, but this extra shimmer is new. As I thought about it, I've also recently seen a lot of bubble nest activity.

I can't say for sure that the Omega food is the reason for these changes, but it seems likey.
