How to defrost frozen blood worms?

I bought some hikari frozen bloodworms for my fish and I'm not sure how to defrost them.

How should I do it?

I just take a cube, let it sit in a dish til its melted, toss in a few bloodworms, and refreeze the rest. Or, you could slice off a small chunk of cube and let that defrost while putting the rest of the cube back in the freezer for later.

I always take a little tank water and put a little bit of frozen blood worms in it. I find it thaws out really well that way. ^_^ I do the same with any of my frozen foods.

I tried just chopping off a few but that never works, so I just put the cube in a cup of water, let a few fall off and then refreeze the rest.

I put a cube in a bag for a bit and let it almost completely thaw out. Then i smoosh it around so it is a thin layer. Then when I go to get some bloodworms, all I have to do is put my fingers around them through the bag and they thaw in seconds :D
