My new 5.5 gallon for my little girl

Ok, so this is the setup. Let me know if you guys can think of anything else to add. I had to put her in it quickly, because yesterday my 2.5 started seeping water .. The betta that was in it went into her old home and she got this one. I put an established filter from my other 10 in there (I had 2) and the plant and betta log are from her home to help "seed" the aquarium. I'll be doing 3x a week water changes for 2 weeks just in case of ammonia spikes

It's orange/grey sand from petco and the decorations are from Petsmart.

Thanks for the complements guys. I'm going to get more plants as my paychecks allow. I love the orange.. something different. Normally I don't have any decor in my tanks, just gravel and plants.. I love the centerpiece. He's also hollow so he doesn't displace any water :)

Maybe just more plants or fake plants. But it's very nice. I like the sand color, and at least she has a lot of room and a place to hide. :)

Yeah money is a bit tight.. I had to stretch to get this tank, but luckily I did since my 2.5 gallon started to seep.. I have fixed it now that no one is in it so I'm going to keep it chugging along with it's filter as a hospital tank :)

I'd love to get some taller silk plants.. I love the plant in the front.. I just wish I remember where I got it.. I think petsmart but I"m not entirely sure.
