First Betta

Hello all so today I go my very first betta. I have kept first for a few years but never a betta. So after I did some rearanging and I found the 10 gallon in my room to be empty. Anyway I was at the lfs, and I dont really look at the betta's but today I decided to. Well most of them were sitting at the bottom of there little cup except one.This little guy was so happy to have company he was swimming all around and just looking excited. Well he picked me so I decided to get him.

Very nice. He looks a lot like my betta Junior. I totally understand how you feel. I got my second betta from PetSmart. He was just has happy as can be even in those small plastic cups. I took him home and I'm glad he is part of my family now. I wish you and Aries all the best.

Wow he is so pretty! Your story is exactly like when I got my female betta, teeney. All the other bettas layed around while teeney went balistic in her little cup. Still to this day she is extremely active in her 10 gallon heated tank. She gets excited about everything!
