My betta lost part of his fin

I have a little plastic plant in my betta's bowl with some sharp fringes (did not think that through, what with bettas and their long flowing fins). My betta, Clifforfd, got caught in it and lost a little fin. I noticed a piece stuck in the plant, and his fins are definitely a bit shorter in that one place.

Do you know if fins grow back?

Yes, Clifford's fin will grow back but it will take awhile though. I would say about 6 months of so. I would make sure you do daily water changes to keep his water super clean to try to prevent infection.
