Poop question (Warning: gross)

Is it normal for fish's poop to look different after they get switched to a different kind of food? I got a new kind of food for all three of my fish, and two of them are pooping normally but the third has been pooping in bigger pieces and it's not as solid, it crumbles when I try to suction it out. Should I be worried about that?

I do belive the food changes the poop. Especially colored food. As long as the poop isn't white and stringy, I do belive it's okay. Buddha made two large poops yesterday, and I'm surprised he even pooped it out xD

Nothing to worry about. It sounds like your fish just hasn't gotten used to it's new food. After awhile, the poop should look like it did before you changed the food.

For the first 2 weeks.....

I keep them in small 1 gallons to check for signs of disease or other issues.

Hann... If you want to see the yuckies, DON'T use gravel.

I've had the girls for over 2 weeks now, I'm sick of seeing them.

Once they go into the larger tank, they will be camouflaged with the river rock gravel, so I'm looking forward to that.
