I think that my betta might be shedding his slime coat. What does it look like when he sheds his slime coat? PLEASE HELP!!! Also, what should i get him to "repair" the slime coat. He is already on AQ salt and maracyn for his fin rot. I caught him pretty early on in his fin rot(THANK GOD!!!!)PLEASE HELP!!!!

Add stress guard by Sachem, should help him..
Check if the maracyn has chopper in it, if yes then don't use it..

As for whats floating, can't tell anything from that picture..
But in my country the water without a filter gets a slime coat on top because of the bad quality.. Disgusting, removed easy and fairly harmless..
