First Ever Planted Tank!!! + Water Paramter Help?

Hey Guys!
As most of you know, I am doing my first ever planted tank I have done LOADS of research, thanks to you guys , and have finally planted my 3 gallon tank.

Pics soon!!

I also got an API Master Test Kit Man is it amazing Got the tank last night, found an old LED light from an old tank, and set it up with some black gravel last night! Got the filter, plants and Prime water conditioner to day and planted the tank. I already love it

Water testing was done about 5 minutes ago Everything is great! Since everything came back normal (I think....), can I go ahead and add one of my boys to this tank?... Unless these aren't normal

pH: 7.6
High Range pH: 7.4
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0

Nice nice! I actually just got mine set up aswell lol. Though this is my 2nd time cause the 1st attempt was a failure. I got algae problems and it just took over my aquarium =(

You're better of waiting till everything stabilizes. You just set it up and there's no telling when your water parameters would act up.

As for the lighting. That might not be enough unless all your plants are meant for low lights.

Yeah, deffinitely not enough for your plants. Stem plants needs high lighting for them to flourish.

Plus I have a better light, I just have to find somewhere to buy the cord to plug it in, as it was a discounted tank due to the lack of cord

I might be wrong with that but, your lighting is deffinitely low and if your cabomba needs moderate lighting then that'll be bad. Your picture looks dark unless that's just how your camera works.

Hopefully I can get a cord for the light soon!

It was a cell phone pic haha so yes, it is a bit darker than the actual tank. And I made sure to angle the light towards the Cambomba! Not to mention the tank is near-ish to my window so it will get the sunlight as well.
