Got kind of lazy

Can anyone tell me the out come of these two set breed together
Superblackxyellow dragon=funky color fish multi
Yellow dragonxblack marble=funky color with some marble n muti color
I'll know some if those two set bred together I'll get some yellow dragon
I was wondering if I'll get some black n yellow marble dragon
Playing with three ressive trait at the same time is a big gamble
The f1 of the first two will look funky
N cross the f1 of both spawn together is....

I'm not sure what you're asking. It seems you have answered your own question.

As far as I know to get black (from SB) and yellow is rather difficult. But you are using dragons, which thus far (to my knowledge) seems to allow color combinations not normally found on regular scales.
I know a black dragon/black copper line x super black will produce mostly SB.

Superblacks, majority of the time, derive from a steel blue cross. Black is also recessive while steels are dominant, so crossing to a yellow (which is a variant of red) would produce some iridescent / blue washed pale reds, with partial dragon scaling since you are crossing to a non-dragon. The offspring would most likely be dark-scaled, since black is recessive and you're bringing out the dominant traits in the DNA.

Same as above, only you're adding marble to the pot, which will cause the jumping gene to produce sporadic patterns / colors. Hard to say what it'd produce exactly, you know how random marbles get.

OH, I see what you're saying.

Spawn A1- Yellow Dragon x Black = Betta 1
Spawn B1 - Yellow Dragon x Black Marble = Betta 2

Betta 1 x Betta 2 = ??

Got it.
Well, keep in mind that there is no defined gene that creates the yellow color in bettas. It's only a phenotype- it's the red gene in disguise, and that disguise is NR (nonred.) This causes the less dense red, which reflects yellow in the phenotype. Yellow x yellow will never = yellow, it'll throw mostly reds, blonde reds, oranges and MAYBE a yellow or two.

Black, on the other hand, is a result of a mutated gene which conrtols the density of melanin in the geno/phenotype. Black x black = black. (Assuming the mother isn't a melano homozygous genotype, which are infertile.)

The result of crossing a red(the yellow in disguise)/black with a red/black marble would be a dark-bodied marble, with (give or take density, it'd vary for each fish) red wash. Marbles' genes will hide some layers and reveal others, however, so you might get your goal of a yellow & black marble.

Really intriguing stuff, you should try it just to see the outcome.

I should
Toss my hm superblack with my yellow dragon female hmpk
Then cross my hmpk yellow dragon with my black marble(which is 2 month old) pk
Years of work
I know how yellow work
Cross a red wash with a yellow wash
Got red yellow n orange wash fish
Reason I post this up cause it going to be start from starch
Going to be a years of work n lots of cull
Since the color is not desirable in the f1 of both breeding

Okay.

I guess I'm stumped as to what you're asking then. Good luck to you, anyways!
