I hear this term a lot but I would like to see a good picture of what these look like.
- My bettas are all very healthy, voracious eaters, extremely playful & curious.
Ammonia in their temporary quarters are always under 1.0ppm but usually more like .25ppm-.50ppm when I run the tests.
Also I've heard members mention the ammonia can get very HIGH in little cups.
Exactly how high of a reading would cause a betta to suffer what people refer to as ammonia burns?
- Thanks in advance to anyone that can give me a definitive answer.
