Betta Male & Female

Ok guys I was wondering what my veiltail male & female would qualify as with there colors. But the male is mostly white with some pinkish red and when the light hits him right or viewed from above he is a light sky blue all over.


Male

The female is solid white on the body and the fins are red and blue mix.


Female

These are Walmart bettas also so I know they are mutts and contain various genes to throw a varitey of morphs but I bred them and the fry are free swimming and feeding great. What do you guys believe I will get when their tails and colors come in.

all of them will be VT (hope you weren't hoping for something else). Judging from the parents (which wont do much because we really don't know their backgrounds) you'll probably get bi and multi colors with a iridescent sheen.

I'd figured is only get vt, but the colors is what I was wondering.

unfortunately we cant tell you much without knowing the background. there could be colors in the gene pool we don't know about so we can't really tell you what colors you will get. I'd guess multis and bi colors, most with red.

I not a genetic expert but from what I know orange is from an absense of red but sense the female is a cambodian I would expect red fry with maybe some light bodied reds. All of them would have iridescence on them. Best of luck :)
