Some of you have seen questions here, and sites such as Yahoo Answers where people flat out ask "How do you breed bettas?" All of you have also seen those people who have 'decided' to breed without doing an ounce of research. We all know there are people who don't even use the internet, and simply decide to throw a male and a female in together to see what will happen. We all stress "research, research, research!" But a lot of people still don't do their homework.
Frustrating, isn't it?
I've spent the past several weeks creating a powerpoint slideshow with all of the basic knowledge needed for breeding these fish. I've also included very helpful links to good information. I figure- people like simple, and one simple source of information is much less intimidating than having to google every question that may come up. My hope is that people will be encouraged to do adequate research before attempting this hobby.
Have a look for me, tell me what you think.
