Weirdness at the end of one ventral fin

I am not sure of the right things to call the different fins, but I looked up a picture and I believe it is one of his ventral fins. This issue is about the same poor boy who injured his head a couple of weeks back.

At the end of one of them, it looks odd. There's nothing white or black, and he doesn't show any other signs of an issue, but it still worries me. It's difficult to explain, but it sort of looks like his fin is turning clear. There's red in the middle of it, like it's his fin, but around it has became clear?? Can anyone help, please? My camera can't get a clear picture. :/

Perhaps try some aquarium salt in case it's a parasite or infection.

Clear usually indicates new growth, but since there's a red spot in the middle, maybe it's not new growth.

It looks more like it turned clear. No other fins are affected.

Won't let me edit the post; sorry for the double post.
I just checked on him a minute ago and the part that was turning clear is gone. I guess it fell off or something. He's acting normally. :/ Now one is a little shorter than the other. Should I be worried or not? ):

Just keep an eye out for anything similar happening or infection. Other than that, just keep his water cleaner for a few days.

Okay. I'll be doing the water change tomorrow.

He's in a 3g, and it's too much trouble to keep cycled, so I change it 100% once a week. Is that enough or do I need to do an additional partial change for now?

Could it be the natural coloring...?

Buddha has white at the end of his ventral fin, but it's just one little quirk about him :3
