Is this to much for 10 gal?also is this Ok set up?

My friends tank just broke and he was gonna throw away all of his cory's so I took them in And put them in my 10 gallon Betta fish tank.

1 Male Betta
2 Albino Cory
2 Emerald Cory
1 Leopard Cory
1 Ghost Shrimp

I have the Following BELOW

Its planted with fake and real plants
heater-whats the ideal tempt for all this fish?
Filter- It Doesn't disturb my Betta or push it
Bubbler-Had to put it 1 inch bellow the water surface to not disturb Betta

Is this over stocking or is this good?

Also my Betta doesn't attack the Cory's or the ghost shrimp

I do about 20% water changes each week and vacuum their blue rocks with this thing called "EHEIM De-Sludgier "

You're posting in the right area, it's all good. It's not ideal, as the cories are too big for a 10 gallon, and they need sand or their barbs they use for looking for food will get injured and eventually fall off or get ripped off. If you can find them a home with 20 gallons or more, that would be ideal, but I suppose it's an okay temporary set-up. The temp would probably be at about 76, or higher depending on what the cories can tolerate to accommodate your betta. If tye bubbler is an issue, it's not always necessary so you can always remove it.

I would look into sand, and getting the cories into a larger tank as well.

Ok i figured as much I'll probably try and find a 20 gal tank then. Also do you have any recommendations of how to sneak shrimp pellets past my Betta so my cory's can eat in peace? I've been thinking about feeding the cory's my gold fish's fish flakes since the betta shows no interest in them, but i don't wanna feed them anything that would harm them would the gold fish flakes be ok for the corys if I sank them?

Also would it be ok to leave my betta in a 20 gal tank with them I would hate to have to have 2 tanks in my house.

I cup my betta overnight when i feed the corys and let him out in the morning.

I usually cup my Betta when i clean his tank If i cup him everytime i feed the cory's wouldn't he get stressed?

I've got ghost shrimp in with my pig of a crowntail. What I usually do is use a turkey baster, fill it up all the way with tank water (even into the bulb, though many many will say that's a no-no, I do it anyway), and put that water in a small container like the betta cup. Then I take a small pinch of flakes (decently small pieces), and add in another full squirt of tank water so most of the flakes are sinking. Then, using the baster again, I'll suck up bunches of flakes and push them to the bottom of the tank where I know my ghosties like to hang out. Sonas will cruise the bottom for leftovers, but if I keep him distracted with his own food at the top of the tank, it generally gives the shrimp enough time to find a decent meal before he starts chasing them around. Only the first time I did this I had a problem where he ate almost all of the flakes, but I've learned a few things since then and now he only gets a few.

That should work out fine. Just feed the cories the GF flakes and toss a few shrimp pellets @ night.

What kind of filter are you using at the moment?

Don't forget to feed them some food at night.

I was using a Aqueon QuietFlow Power Filter,but it broke so now I'm using some air filter not sure what its called but there's 2 of them and they are shapes like 7's will that suffice? Or do i need to go buy another Aqueon filter or do you have any suggestions for a better filter?
