a buble in his fin?

please help, I've had Leopold since December and am SO excited he's lived this long.....So I'd say since yesterday he's been a little hidden, He's in a 10 gallon tank with filter heater, cave and coral decor. this afternoon he finally came out and swam to the top so I went to him to say hi and try feeding him, when I noticed a pellet sized bubble in or on his bottom fin (the 2 little ones under his gills) it also seems to be making the fin float above him! right now he's out and about, seems as tho he's searching or something!! He's VERY aware of me being there.... I'm really really worried I just really would appreciate some help!!! thanks soooo much!!!

Picture? This is not really life threatening, Lebron had a bubble on his fin before. Been there for a few days, it finally popped. You could try popping it.
