My poor Duckie ... his tail was bitten and I was afraid he'd get finrot at the store and that's why I got him. He was also extremely stressed out, and still gets striped when he gets pics taken - so only a few of him right now. Recently, he was flaring with my white CT Swarovski and on top of the biting, he now has a blown tail :/

BUT no worries, he's in a hospital tank, waterchanges every other day, with AQ salt and BWE. I'm already seeing some regrowth, I know he'll be gorgeous when he gets better ... he's such a lovable fella <333

Thank you! He's doing so well ... he was so pale it fooled this little boy I was talking about bettas with at the store. I said to him "He's going to be gorgeous!" and the boy just looked down and I really don't think he believed me, saying he was pale and sick looking. Next time I see him at the store I'll show him pics of Duckie and ask him what he thinks :)

I rescued a biter as well. His caudal fin is completely shredded. I hope your new guy heals up fast. He's a purty one.
