A little mini fan blowing across the surface works well if you need to cool it down more. People with hot lights usually do that. You could also invest in a chiller.

I have a fan attached to the wall above the tank..When the tank gets hot I turn it to face the top of the tank to cool it down the air hits it just where the water outlet is on my filter, also if you have an HOB lower the water level, the agitation causes the water to cool a bit and causes evaporation which also cools the tank.
