WHY is this fish so highly priced? Isn't it just a nice marble?

Given, he looks AWESOME, but is that the only thing? Is the white/black that unusual, isn't he simply a nice looking marble, or is this something new?

Because the seller makes hundreds of dollars per fish. That fish is worth $10 IMO. I've purchased much nicer fish for $20 than most of what Aquastar ever posts.

I don't know as his anal is quite long... but holy cow his colors look amazing! He is overpriced though, WAY overpriced.

Mr. V may know why though...
Edit: While typing Mr. V responded lol

When he does have good fish they're nice. But most of the time he sells deformities or "rarities" to make a quick buck. Karen Mac Auley said herself this boy has bad form.

I wouldn't pay that much.. but he has a beautiful beard. Clear with a tiny spot of black at the bottom. And his face is so cute with the silver hanging between his eyes.

I think the same about the anal fin, and maybe it could be fixed pretty easy with a good form female but still, WOWZA high price! He's not bad, just personally that's a HEFTY price tag for one fish! Mayhaps someone wants a line of him.

BUT - I never learned if he's a marble?

He is not a marble. He has partial dragon scaling. It make a nice effect on him, but definitely not worth what is asked. I find his color interesting, but don't like his form.

The second one...
Partial dragon scaling on him too. Like the effect it has against his black.
In my opinion, not worth that starting price.
