Is there any nutritional value in flightless fruit fly's for Betta fry?

Not for fry but for juvies yes. Though I prefer daphnia.

Ok thanks MrVampire, I have been wondering for a while. What is daphnia? And is it a culture?

I sometimes use them as treat for my bettas. They all loved it! I use the culture to feed my whole praying mantis colony. lol.

Daphnia are fresh water shrimp. Too big for small fry. I give it starting at 5 weeks. Its a culture and I keep four or five tanks of it going.
