After the fin rot

My betta is recovering nicely from his fin rot, but now he has developed black specks on the tips of his dorsal fins. Any idea what's happening here? His water is treated for chlorine and I am weaning the anti-bacterial meds. But I am at a loss as to this new abnormality...Any ideas welcome

Usually spots appear when fish are healing. The spots should fade in a couple of weeks.

My pink half moon betta has a red spot on it's tail and he has another spot on his fin that looks like it is just fuzzy and melting. I am stumped. Any help is welcome???
