Mkay sounda good your best bet would probably be to raise that temp to 8080 also start doin daily water changes on him.

I turned the heater all the way up and he is struggling to swim, so I have a feeling he might survive since he isn't giving up.

Thats good :) sorry bout typos I am on my phone lol. Lowering the water level is he has a hard time reaching the surface is good to :)

Please dont rush him. He is still having fight in him. Just try your best and he will recover i am sure of it.

lower the water level so he can breath easier... change the water using teo airlines.... one siphoning out and another siphoning in....
