Not sure if to treat?

One of my male betta's has a very small white spot just in front of his dorsal fin, it is moving about as he swims. It is very tiny and almost looks like a white scale hanging off. He is very healthy and is eating well and his behaviour has not changed but i am not sure if I should treat it as a potential infection?

You shouldn't. If you're worried about infections, make a water change and keep his water very clean. Less is more with bettas!
