Question Crowntail

Just wondering if anyone out there has any info on what is going on with my white dragon scale crowntail Betta. He has small red balls on the ends of his bottom fins, he is acting normal and eating but don't know if this is something to be concerned about??

Many betta's change color when they come home from the stores. Ex: Here are two examples of mine. Taz before and after followed by Romeo before and after

Don't be alarmed if he turns more colors, it's possible he is marbled. :)
