he may have eaten another. i left one pellet for him when i went to bed last night and he didnt eat it but i thought the NLS food sank but it was still floating on top so i scooped that one out because it was mush and i did a 50% water change, cause i can do that without removing him im using airline tubing to siphon water out. and i left 1 pellet for him and then went to work just got back and that one is gone, so i just put in another one. I had him covered up today to make sure it stayed dark. I did add 1/2 tsp of salt this morning though. someone said it could help cause they saw stress stripes in his face. i didnt want to put in a whole tsp, so i just did half but i plan on doing another water change today so i can take most of it out.

Much More Active!

I came home from work today and he was swimming and he hasnt stopped!! its so awesome. he stops here and there for a moment at the bottom but then goes back to swimming. Of course when i made another video of him he stopped, lol i think he doesnt like the flash. oh and i saw him eat for once. i figured he was eating because food kept disappearing but now i know for sure and he grabbed the NLS pellet and ate it with no problems.

I think his tail may be heavy for him, at times it looks like hes weighing him down in the back a little.

heres some new pics of him

playing peek-a-boo

He has finally come around to the flash on my phone when I make videos so I have a video of him swimming. I also got him a marimo ball. its smaller than my others so it looks ok in his small temp tank for now.i figured he could lay on it if he wants.

heres the vid. its a bit long http://youtu.be/DHIqaLczjsQ
