Mr. Fancy pants!

Hello all! Welcome to the thread where you shall see pictures of my new pretty boy, Mr. Fancy pants :) I call him as such from time to time, and often he replies back to me, he's not wearing pants!! What a silly fella he is!







And here's a picture of my two new females I got on the same day! They're so tiny that I had to quarantine them off from the sorority until they grow a tad.





This by the way is the dominant female in the bunch, and the one underneath her tries to be top girl on some days!





Her fins are a little pecked :/

I love them all, especially the babies I just bought 2 new baby Bettas yesterday and put them in my 30 Gallon sorority tank... do you think that was a bad idea? The one baby crown tail betta of mine is the size of my thumb nail So far the other older Bettas are behaving with the babies.

And wowzerz, that's a tiny fish! Teehee. That's good the oldtimers are leaving the newbies be though. I wonder how many you have in your 30 gallon tank (!). Mine is only 10 gallons with seven girls, and last time I added a new one they nipped all her fins off! the aggressive little buggers! My girlies are quite viscous I do suppose! Your girls are quite tame then?

You don't say... well I do have another "girl" that has even longer fins than that purple one. Are long fins the only gender indicator?
