Will Tug Be OK?

Well, most of you may have heard about Tug, the half moon betta, with finrot. Well he's on AQ salt so I changed the water out, and when he was re-acclimatized a put him back in his tank. His stress stripes were vary visible and he just swam at the front of his tank back and forth, and that was about it... Then he went and laid down on the bottom, and only goes up for air every once and a while, before laying back on the ground, barely moving his gills... He's kind of scaring me, because he lays there, as still as a statue...

What could be wrong?

what is the temperature of the water?

It just sounds like he's stressed out. Did you have him in a QT or were you using his actual tank for treatment? If he was in a QT then he could just be stressed out right now.. I'm sure he'll get back to normal given some time.

He's just in his regular tank, like he has since I got him.

His water stays at a stable 80F

how long did you have him in AQ salt for, i agree with cheese, i think he just needs some time to calm down

Let's see I've had him since Sunday, so 5 days.

Just give him some time. Do you have any IAL or washed dried Oak Leaves? That will help with the stress and provide some anti-fungal/bacterial properties.
