Okay so I now am going to feed Franklin 3 Omega One Pellets 2 times a day.
I will also do 50% water changes weekly, starting with a solid 80% water change today to get some of the aquarium salt out. I will also clean his poop out (Which I do every week anyways).
I'm going to turn his light on when I get home from work and have it on for around 3 - 5 hours a day. I'll consider it his exercise time. He's been pretty active in the natural light as well.
His tears don't have the C or V look to them. It almost looks like it's from him constantly whipping around the tank. But, I will say this, his tail and fins are getting much larger then when I bought him. Maybe it's just part of the healing bit. I mean he seems happy and rests every so often. I'm sure me moving him didn't help at all, poor guy.
Thanks for all the replies, and thanks Myates, that was really informative. :D
