pretty setup!! just be careful though... these guys can jump pretty well.. i would lower the water level a few inches. wouldnt want anything to happen to your pretty boy :)
does it have a heater?

Doesn't need any heater because at 12:00 pm the sun shines 2-3 hours every day.
I'm pretty sure my betta won't jump because there's an indicator that said the water is correct level.

I know it will say that about the water level, betta fish do jump though, they can jump up to a foot high, if he sees a fly or a spider or anything near the surface of the water chances are he will try to get at it... its totally up to you though :) just my recommendation

However you DO need a heater, he is a tropical fish, sunlight isnt enough to keep him warm, he needs to be in water that is at least 76 degrees. Again it is totally up to you if you want to get him one or not, but its the best investment you can make for him in my opinion, he will be happier, more active, more colorful, he will live longer and it will decrease his chances of getting sick
