Hey! Been browsing this place for a while. Decided I'd show off my first serious tank. After years of my childhood spent keeping betta in those 4 cups of water death traps, I decided to seriously spoil mine... so here's the creatively named Mr. Fishie, my dark blue veiltail, in his new Aqueon Evolve 8! (It's quite an upgrade from his ugly, poorly heated 2.5 gallon.)

I hope these pictures are small enough for you guys.



The entire tank setup. I found that the included LED light wasn't enough for where my tank was, so I also have a 100w (equivalent) CFL lamp. I'm sure the tank would be fine elsewhere, but it's under my lofted bed, so not much light gets down here.

You'll have to forgive me, but due to bad lighting and overactive fish, it was really hard to get a good picture of Mr. Fishie.





I'll do a post documenting exactly what I used for this tank if you guys would like.
