IMO rare is more to colors - true blue dragon, actual gold - I mean very bright (orange) gold, a show quality super black.... those are rare in my area.

All right just to clear things up i live in alberta about 45 min from edmonton where i am you find tons and i mean tons of HM, CT, and VT bettas i would need to order rose tails for example from another country probably and HMPK are all over online plus as for delta's and super delta's no one has even heard of them and don't get me started on round tails (spoon tails). So i guess it depends on where you live :)

Deltas and super deltas are not rare.. they are halfmoons without enough branching to get the 180 spread. Rose tails are not rare.. they come from excessive branching and except for some people, are not desired. And DT's.. I get 25% of my fish all the time as DT's.

Most breeder won't keep them
Since they are taking up space,time n money
