Damaged Dorsal Fin

A few minutes ago, I saw the tail end of my Crown Tail male disappear into a decoration that was too small for him to go into. After a moment, he wriggled himself back out and seems to be swimming alright and isn't as stressed out as I am. I pulled the decoration out and stuffed the opening with filter foam to keep it from happening again.

However, while watching to make sure he was ok, I noticed his dorsal fin seems to have been damaged in the process. Two or three of the nice long "Fingers" of the front end of the fin look to be ripped off down to the webbing.

Is there anything I can do for him? They won't grow back will they?

Clean water and aquarium salt will do wonders within days for torn or damage fins!
