My boys!

...Or most of them, anyway.

I've already posted pictures of Remus and Chartreuse when I recently got them. It's already been a year! I'll post some pictures of them again later, but this is for the boys you haven't seen yet!

Firstly, I bought two new HMPKs while I was on vacation in Toronto a few days ago. No names yet, open to suggestions!







His tank atm is pretty bare, I'm going to pick up some plants for him & the other one tomorrow.

Here's the second new boy! Also nameless. He's still in his bag, I'm floating him in other tanks to keep it warm & I've been changing his water daily until I can set up his home tomorrow.



And now, for my older boys...

I got this guy in...March, I believe? I found him at Petsmart and fell in love with his sweet peach face! He's gained a lot more colour since I brought him home, and now his peach face is more of a tangerine face.

He's also a very prolific bubble nester! While I haven't been able to find a good name for him yet, I simply refer to him as the carpe diem betta. :P







And lastly, Asagio! I bought him at around the same time as Remus and Chartreuse, so I've had him for a little over a year now. He had a lovely billowy tail but then ended up biting most of it off. Now I make sure to change his decor once in a while and place objects in front of his bowl, so it's thankfully growing back.

the 'carpe diem betta' is so pretty! I have never seen colors like that! All of them are gorgeous though!

He hasn't changed much since I've had him.
His tail used to be more impressive prior to tail baiting. When I got him he had a small black spot on his dorsal, which has turned into the darker splotches. Aside from that he has remained the same. :>
