Amano Shrimp with Betta

My adoptee is arriving today from cjconcepcion!

Yay a HMPK!

I have 2 Amano shrimp coming next week.

If I provide lots of hiding places do you think the shrimp will survive?

Amano shrimp do grow much larger than regular cherries or ghosts, so they do stand a better chance with a betta.

Nice! I'm sure that the betta won't bother these shrimps because they are bigger than cherries and ghost shrimps.

Plenty of cover and make sure you check them everyday to see if they have any issues. Always have an extra temporarily tank if your betta decides to get agressive with these shrimps.

Good luck!

Post a pic of your betta! You are so lucky! I wanted HMPK too! I just gotta look for it in the pet store lol.
